Website Terms of Use
Rules that govern access to Scout’s public-facing websites and site materials.
Last Revised: March 17, 2026
Please read these Website Terms of Use carefully before using our sites. By clicking "Accept" or by accessing or using our sites, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Do not use our sites if you do not agree.
Visionary Automotive Solutions and Technologies, LLC and its affiliates ("Visionary," "we," "us," or "our") operate the sites covered by these Terms, including scoutautos.com and related public-facing properties that link to these Terms. You may contact us at hello@visionaryauto.ai.
If you use the site on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity and that the entity is responsible for access and use by its employees and contractors acting on its behalf.
These Terms do not replace any separate agreement that governs Visionary products or services, including the Evaluation Agreement applicable to beta access.
1. Changes
Visionary may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we may notify you by email, by posting a notice on the site, or by updating the revision date.
Unless we say otherwise, revised Terms are effective immediately, and continued use of the site means you accept the revised Terms.
2. Privacy
Visionary’s Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and disclose information collected through the sites.
3. Ownership of Site Materials
Unless otherwise indicated, the sites and all content and materials on them, including Visionary’s names, marks, logos, designs, text, graphics, images, documentation, data, and look and feel, are owned by Visionary or its licensors.
Those materials are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property and unfair competition laws. All rights are reserved.
4. Permitted and Prohibited Use
Visionary grants you a limited right to access and use the site materials solely to learn about Visionary and its products and services and to contact us with questions, including requests for pilot access.
- Do not interfere with the sites or impair our ability to provide them.
- Do not use the sites or site materials for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

- Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access or circumvent site restrictions.
- Do not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from the sites or site materials except where applicable law expressly permits it.
- Do not introduce malware, spyware, or other harmful code.
- Do not remove proprietary notices or labels.
- Do not use the sites or site materials other than for their intended purpose.
5. Feedback
If you provide questions, comments, ideas, or other feedback about our products or services, you grant Visionary all rights needed to use and exploit that feedback for any purpose without payment or other consideration.
6. Third-Party Materials
The sites may reference or provide access to third-party content, products, services, or links. Your use of those materials is at your own risk and may be subject to additional third-party terms.
Visionary is not responsible for third-party materials or third-party services linked from the sites.
7. Warranty Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, the sites and site materials are provided on an "as is" basis and at your own risk.
Visionary disclaims all express, implied, statutory, and other warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Visionary and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from these Terms or from your use of or inability to use the sites or site materials.
Except where the law does not allow it, aggregate liability will not exceed any compensation you paid to Visionary for access to or use of the sites.
9. Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Visionary and related parties from third-party claims arising out of your access to or use of the sites, your violation of these Terms, or your fraud, intentional misconduct, or gross negligence.
10. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia without regard to conflict of law rules.
Each party consents to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Arlington County, Virginia.
11. Termination
Visionary may terminate, suspend, or disable your access to the sites or site materials if we reasonably believe you are violating these Terms.
Visionary may also modify, suspend, or discontinue the sites or site materials at any time.
